The hotel offers a lovely outdoor seating area.
The room was infested with insects, including roaches and ants. We even found dead roaches, and the smell of the water was unbearable when we tried to shower.

The outdoor swimming pool offered amazing views of the lake. Breakfast was great, with homemade tomato bread and fresh fruit. The staff were really professional, quickly assisting us with our room change after arrival.

The proximity to the airport, especially the hot and cold sandwiches. The lack of English-speaking staff resulted in significant miscommunication, especially regarding a restaurant reservation. Despite confirming an airport transfer, no ride was arranged, causing last-minute stress. Thankfully, a staff member helped us out at the last moment, but it underscored service inconsistencies.

We loved the spacious room with a balcony overlooking the lake-perfect for the kids to enjoy watching the birds. The multilingual staff even organized a fun boat trip to Flores Island.
My wife says that adding extra pillows might improve the beds' comfort significantly.
